Control quality

Quality control system. The production site of the company has implemented the international food quality and safety management system FSSC22000 (based on HACCP principles) over the period from 2011 to 2015 and successfully passed in 2015 the certification audit on the system.

The certification audit was conducted by QSCert with international accreditation. All stages, starting from raw materials purchase to the unloading of finished products to customer at the warehouses undergo a multi-stage control. The production site runs regular secondary audits of the largest client networks ( «Metro», «Auchan», «X5», «Spar», «Azbuka vkusa», «Bofrost», «Globus») and state regulatory agencies.
